Print Consultant

You will manage customer expectations, handle job scheduling, oversee print quality control, and contribute directly to our printing and finishing processes., * Establishing a friendly rapport with customers within the shop front environment.

• Taking responsibility for project management, including job flow scheduling and control.
• Managing and ordering required stock.
• Communicating regularly with clients and team members, updating them about job progress via email and phone.
• Checking the quality of finished jobs and approving them for delivery.
• Arranging delivery of jobs to their final destinations.

• Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong team player with effective listening and influencing abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a flexible approach to work.
• Prior experience in the print business, particularly with digital printers and finishing equipment, is preferred but not required.
• It's not required, but it's a plus if you have experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
