Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong experience in Workforce Management and Absence Management to support a major enterprise programme.

You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver configuration, enhancements and support across Oracle HCM Workforce Management, Time and Labor, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and integrate effectively with the wider HCM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver functional expertise across Oracle HCM Workforce Management, Time & Labor and Absence Management
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution design
• Configure and optimise Oracle HCM modules to meet business needs
• Support testing, issue resolution and implementation activities

• Strong Oracle HCM Functional Consulting experience
• Hands-on experience with Workforce Management, Absence Management, Time and Labor
• Experience working on enterprise Oracle HCM implementations or enhancements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
