Line Engineer

We're partnered with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider in London that's building a reputation for developing junior engineers into highly skilled technical specialists. With a growing client base and continued investment in modern technologies, they're now looking for an ambitious 1st Line Engineer to join their expanding support team.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to kick-start or accelerate their IT career in an MSP environment where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for technical support, helping users resolve a range of IT issues while gaining hands-on experience across multiple client environments.

You'll work closely with senior engineers on escalations, learning about Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, networking, and cloud platforms while building the technical foundation needed to progress into 2nd Line and Infrastructure roles.

Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365

Basic understanding of Active Directory

Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

Excellent communication and customer support skills

MSP experience is a plus
