Line Engineer

We're working with a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in London that supports a wide range of business clients across cloud, infrastructure, and networking environments. Due to continued growth, they're now looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join their technical team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in IT support while working across multiple client environments. You'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing support to users while escalating more complex issues to senior engineers when required.

You'll gain exposure to a variety of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms, making this a great role for someone who wants to quickly develop their technical skills within a fast-paced MSP environment.

Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365

Basic knowledge of Active Directory

Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

MSP experience is a plus
