Aerospace Systems Integration Engineer - Production & Assembly

• Lead and provide technical guidance to a small team working on mechanical and/or electrical aircraft system integration
• Support leadership activities such as workforce planning, performance evaluations, onboarding, and team development
• Carry out assembly tasks, system testing, troubleshooting, corrective actions, and quality checks
• Ensure production orders are completed on schedule and in accordance with quality and safety requirements

Only candidates with prior engineering working experience in Aerospace will be considered, * 5+ years of practical experience in aircraft assembly or aircraft system integration.

• Proficient in mechanical and/or electrical system integration processes and procedures, with proven troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SAP - Advantage
• Strong leadership abilities combined with effective teamwork, communication skills, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset.
