  • Oversee the development lifecycle of IT solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with IT development teams and external vendors to manage integrations, testing, and deployments of eCommerce and Order-to-Fulfillment features and enhancements.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for ecommerce and Order-To-Fulfillment platforms performance.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Guide external consultants or contractors on ecommerce-related projects.
  • Understand and document the end-to-end operational flow of our digital commerce ecosystem, from our VTEX platform to our SAP ERP environment. This critical role will ensure seamless data synchronization, efficient order processing, and robust system integrity, directly impacting our customer experience and business efficiency.

Process Optimization & Innovation:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline ecommerce, D2C and B2B processes, focusing on automation, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about emerging ecommerce technologies and recommend innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years in IT roles, with specific experience supporting ecommerce or Order-To-Fulfillment ecosystems
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing technologies and customer engagement tools

  • Proven experience dealing with technical discussions, conflict management and prioritization with senior stakeholders
  • Functional understanding of SAP ERP, particularly Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Finance(FI), Controlling(CO) and their integration points
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing integrations between e-commerce platforms and ERP systems. Experience with data mapping, EDI, or API management will be considered as a plus
