AI Capability & Integration Specialist - CH

We are seeking an AI Capability & Integration Specialist to support the development and adoption of AI-driven solutions across AstraZeneca Switzerland. You will collaborate with global and local teams to enhance AI capabilities and help drive responsible and compliant use of AI technologies., Support the design and execution of AI capability-building programs, including training materials and best-practice documentation.

• Translate business needs into practical AI workflows and process improvements.

• Support implementation of high-value AI use cases across functions.

• Contribute to the design of lightweight AI workflows and prototypes.

• Ensure AI solutions follow compliance, quality, and data-protection requirements.

• Coordinate with IT and external partners on solution deployment.

• Support change-management efforts for user adoption.

Experience in AI, automation, or digital solution delivery in regulated environments.

• Hands-on experience in building LLMs Ops, RAG pipeline Agent builders, and automation platforms e.g. Azure OpenAI (or equivalent), LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector databases, Embedding models.

• Proficiency in Python for prototyping, data science and workflow development.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and workflow automation tools.

• Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.

• Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, or related field.

• 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Fluency in English; German or French a plus.
