Job description
We are seeking an AI Capability & Integration Specialist to support the development and adoption of AI-driven solutions across AstraZeneca Switzerland. You will collaborate with global and local teams to enhance AI capabilities and help drive responsible and compliant use of AI technologies., * Support the design and execution of AI capability-building programs, including training materials and best-practice documentation.
- Translate business needs into practical AI workflows and process improvements.
- Support implementation of high-value AI use cases across functions.
- Contribute to the design of lightweight AI workflows and prototypes.
- Ensure AI solutions follow compliance, quality, and data-protection requirements.
- Coordinate with IT and external partners on solution deployment.
- Support change-management efforts for user adoption.
Requirements
- Experience in AI, automation, or digital solution delivery in regulated environments.
- Hands-on experience in building LLMs Ops, RAG pipeline Agent builders, and automation platforms e.g. Azure OpenAI (or equivalent), LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector databases, Embedding models.
- Proficiency in Python for prototyping, data science and workflow development.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and workflow automation tools.
- Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvements., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English; German or French a plus.
