Job description

Act as Key-User in supporting the interface between Workday and the SAP Payroll System
-
Provides guidance and governance to management of Payroll systems in terms of technical, process and compliance aspects

Exchange and facilitate PY system interfaces and process enhancement with core Swiss PY team
-
Cares for further system development

Ensures system compliance at all times

Aligns and cooperates with Business Key-Users to assure the system's data quality
-
Collaboration in payroll-relevant processes & year-end work (performing tests, controls, declarations, salary statements, etc.)

Support with project-related tasks

Coordination with the HR Shared Service Center and collaboration on various projects
Requirements
-
Highly analytical thinker
-
Experienced in data analysis (ideally experience with SAP, HRX and Workday)

Fluent in English

Very Proficient in MS Office (excellent skills in Excel) and SAP HCM Key User PA/PY is a plus

Preferred: Several years of experience in a comparable function in the area of payroll/social security/finance
