Job description
This role is at the heart of our digital transformation team and will position our business as a leader in the global CX BPO industry.
Tasks will include:
- spearheading the digital transformation of CX operations
- leading a team of Advisory and AI experts
- leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive client value
- optimizing processes and delivering innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- ensuring operational excellence within existing key clients and all new logo opportunities
- harnessing forward-thinking strategies and scalable, efficient and customer-centric digital initiatives
- working in parallel with the sales team
- integrating advanced technologies like AI, automation and analytics into CX processes
- leveraging data and analytics to optimize decision-making, forecast trends
- championing the shift from traditional BPO models to a technology-first approach
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or Digital Marketing
- Co-operation with others, able to share knowledge, experience and information and supports others in the pursuit of team goals
- Ability to identify and seize commercial opportunities
- Naturally forward thinking - breaks away from tradition and promotes change and novelty
- Can develop an ambitious but realistic business vision and translates it into a workable strategy
- Able to demonstrate specialist knowledge and expertise in own area and participate in continuous professional development
- Understanding and analysis of complex issues and problems
- Proven team leadership skills
- English verbal and written: C1 English as a minimum for verbal and written communication
- A 2nd language is desirable
