Job description
Position Overview - The Integration Manager - CPQ is responsible for leading the design, development, and management of integrations between CPQ platforms and enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, billing, and finance applications. This role ensures seamless data flow, system reliability, and alignment with business processes while managing technical teams and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Define and own the integration architecture for CPQ solutions (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, ServiceNow SPM/CPQ, SAP CPQ).
- Design scalable, secure, and high performing integrations between CPQ and CRM, ERP, billing, pricing, and order management systems.
- Establish integration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Strong experience with at least one CPQ platform (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, ServiceNow CPQ/SPM, or equivalent).
- Hands on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, transformation, and middleware platforms.
- Prior experience as an Integration Lead or Architect.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise ecosystems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Certifications in CPQ platforms or integration tools are a plus.
