Business & AI applications manager

Your role will be to govern and optimize efficy's portfolio of ~70 SaaS applications across 12 domains - from Sales and Customer Experience to Finance, HR, and AI tools - ensuring cost control, lifecycle management, and strategic alignment across all business units.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date application inventory covering metadata, dependencies, and integrations
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, including approval workflows, RACI models, and lifecycle processes
• Track and control licensing budgets and usage through KPIs, dashboards, and recurring governance routines
• Support business units in evaluating and selecting solutions aligned with their needs and efficy group's strategy
• Manage implementation and migration projects, defining governance models for day-to-day operations
• Administer key platforms within your scope, including the Atlassian suite, Odoo, and CX tools such as Intercom and Pendo
• Lead rationalisation studies to identify redundancies and consolidation opportunities across the portfolio
• Develop migration and decommissioning strategies for legacy applications

• 5+ years of experience in Application Portfolio Management, IT Governance, or a similar role
• Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and vendor management
• IT Asset Manager or ITAM analyst at a mid-size SaaS or tech company looking to broaden scope
• SaaS Ops / RevOps Manager with governance exposure
• Atlassian specialist (Jira/Confluence admin) who has grown into a tooling ownership role
• Business Analyst or Project Manager who has been informally 'owning the tech stack' and wants it made official
• Experience managing implementation or migration projects
• Excellent command of English, French is a plus
