Job description
- Manage Windows workstations, laptops and macOS devices
- Maintain and optimise Active Directory environments
- Manage Windows and Linux servers (physical and virtual)
- Deploy and maintain company-wide hardware and software
- Automate IT processes using PowerShell (and Python where applicable)
- Handle 1st and 3rd party patching across Windows, Linux and macOS
- Act as escalation point for complex IT incidents and requests
- Write and maintain high-quality knowledge base documentation
- Apply security-by-design principles in daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT field
- Strong background in Windows Server and desktop environments (on-prem focused)
- Solid experience with Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) servers and desktops
- Proven ability to manage large projects independently and in a team
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell (Python is a plus)
- Experience with automation and machine learning concepts
- Security-minded; information security is second nature
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a strong plus)
- Team player who values knowledge sharing and documentation, * macOS management and JAMF experience
- Experience in the gaming industry
- Background in both large enterprises and SMB environments
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Office 365
