Job description
- Functionally steering the HRIS Test Team on day-to-day activities and assisting with resource planning
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR test-related activities
- Conducting functional testing of HR systems and identifying defects or improvement areas
- Writing and executing test cases based on business requirements and specifications
- Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Documenting and reporting bugs, errors and other testing findings
- Leading the functional development of test automation within HRIS
- Enhancing and standardising the overall test approach
Requirements
- Background as a Tester, HRIS Specialist, or similar
- 3-5 years of work experience within an HR systems or testing environment
- Experience with HR tools such as SuccessFactors, Kronos, EC Payroll or SAP HCM
- Experience with TesterSuite
- Knowledge of test automation from a functional perspective is a plus
- Experience within the retail sector would be a plus
- Strong people skills and the ability to motivate and guide others
- Highly organised, structured, and able to oversee team tasks
- Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred
