The work of an operating model consultant usually consists of:
Design fit-for-purpose operating models: You will shape strategic visions that guide transformation and develop detailed operating models in which clear structures, roles and responsibilities and processes are defined.
Engage with senior stakeholders: You will help stakeholders in understanding their biggest business challenges and priorities and translate this into a final design. You will build relationships with clients and be a trusted expert who understands the goal and context of the transformation.
Leverage data-driven insights: You will leverage data intelligence to identify ways to reduce and automate tactical work, optimize and digitize processes, and build future-state capabilities, and advise on how (Agentic) AI can be used to optimize the workflow.
Design end-to-end processes: You will design and simplify complex processes to improve efficiency and user experience while aligning with broader transformation goals and business priorities.
Embed digital capabilities: You will support leading organizations transform their organization/business function through the adoption digital/cloud platforms such as SAP, Oracle and Workday, and focus on improving user experiences through these digital platforms.
