Technical Systems Analyst

·\tSupport the technical delivery of ESG reporting solutions, from requirements through to implementation

·\tGather, analyse, and document technical and non-functional requirements into detailed specifications

·\tCollaborate with Business, Data Governance, Risk, Compliance, Sustainability, and IT teams to ensure aligned solution design

·\tFacilitate end-to-end IT activities including design, configuration, testing, and deployment

·\tEnsure solutions meet regulatory requirements and internal ESG and data governance policies

·\tContribute to data management practices, including data lineage, quality, and governance standards

·\tSupport database design, schema development, and optimisation

·\tDevelop and maintain data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) and documentation such as ERDs and data dictionaries

·\tWork closely with architects and engineers on data pipelines, integrations, and metadata structures

·\tAssist in implementing data governance tools, lineage tracking, and metadata repositories

·\t5- 10 years experience of technical / business analysis

·\tData analysis / data modelling / database design experience

·\tESG knowledge

·\tExperience with system integration, data mapping, and data flow design

·\tExperience with modern data platforms, analytics tools, and cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, Databricks)

·\tFamiliarity with ESG/sustainability reporting and BCBS239 frameworks

·\tProficiency in tools such as SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio

·\tRelevant bachelor's degree required; advanced certifications or degrees are advantageous
