An established and evolving public sector organisation are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead their CRM project during an important transformation period. This is a 2-3 days a week requirement which offers majority remote working.
You will manage the delivery of the organisation's new CRM implementation. This will include effective data management. You will also be responsible for budgets and change management.
Requirements
- Proven track record of IT project management in a social housing environment
- Experience of integrating & interfacing complex housing software applications
- Demonstrable experience of managing business processes & mapping and building relevant documentation
- Experience of supplier management & budget management, including risk assessments
- Change management
- Stakeholder management
- Project management certification such as Prince2, MSP etc
