Content & Growth Lead

We are looking for a creative and driven individual who can take ownership of our content and digital presence. This is a hands-on role that combines on-camera content creation with digital marketing., * Create engaging, camera-facing content for social media platforms

• Plan, film, and edit videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Grow and manage our social media presence with a focus on audience engagement
• Develop content ideas aligned with current trends and brand direction
• Support SEO efforts and improve online visibility
• Manage and optimise Google Business profile
• Assist with digital marketing activities, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements for growth.

You will primarily work independently, while still collaborating with the wider team when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative freedom and responsibility., * Confident in front of the camera and comfortable creating video content

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends
• Experience in content creation and basic video editing
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
• Familiarity with Google Business and Meta ads is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn and experiment
• Someone who brings fresh, creative, and Gen Z-oriented ideas
