What You Will Do:

  • Facilitate transformation workstreams focused on Digital Innovation, People, Customer Love, Process Excellence, Sustainability, and Cost Efficiency to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, including scoping, planning, implementation, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, risk mitigations, and resource requirements.
  • Govern and report on project performance, aligning with PMO standards and tracking value delivery such as cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Support the introduction and deployment of innovative technologies and processes within final assembly operations.
  • Utilise tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Lucid to ensure structured oversight, transparent communication, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • A strong background in manufacturing engineering, ideally within final assembly operations.
  • Experience navigating complex transformation landscapes.
  • Proven project management skills, including planning, RAID management, budget management and governance.
  • Experience working within PMO frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset coupled with a proactive, problem-solving approach and hands-on execution.
