Infrastructure Project Manager

• Deliver multiple infrastructure and production-related projects end-to-end
• Manage several concurrent workstreams across a complex banking environment
• Work closely with infrastructure teams, ITSOs and development teams to drive delivery
• Take projects from initial requirements through to production deployment
• Support environment builds, infrastructure changes and production onboarding
• Navigate internal governance processes (e.g. IT Service Acceptance) to enable delivery into live environments
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery progress across multiple initiatives
• Operate in a hands-on capacity, driving delivery at a detailed level

• Strong experience delivering infrastructure or IT change within banking or large enterprise environments
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects (not just a single large programme)
• Hands-on delivery experience working with infrastructure teams, ITSOs and development teams
• Good understanding of infrastructure environments (servers, databases, networks, middleware, storage)
• Experience supporting environment builds, releases and production deployments
• Experience working within complex governance and change processes
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and operational teams
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience

• Tier-1 banking experience preferred
• Experience working in production / live environments
• Exposure to infrastructure lifecycle and service acceptance processes
