Job description

We're working with an international B2B SaaS scale-up in the ERP space that's hiring a Customer Success Manager to take ownership of customer success across its European portfolio.

The company delivers add-on solutions that help customers maximise the value of their existing ERP environments, covering areas such as compliance, quality, finance, and sustainability. They are scaling rapidly across Europe.

This is a strategic, full-cycle CSM role where you will manage onboarding, retention, renewals, and growth across a €2M ARR portfolio with ~100 customers (Tier 2). You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across enterprise clients in data, manufacturing, and compliance, driving measurable impact and long-term partnerships.

The role:

  • Own retention, renewals, and expansion across a €2M ARR portfolio
  • Lead onboarding, success planning, and impact reviews
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple business units
  • Monitor and forecast customer health and revenue via HubSpot
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally across Product and GTM teams
  • Contribute to scaling and improving CS processes and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing mid-market or enterprise portfolios (€2M+ ARR / ~100 accounts)
  • Full-cycle CSM experience: onboarding, retention, upsell, renewal
  • Experience with multi-product SaaS environments and complex stakeholders
  • Strong forecasting and NRR management skills
  • Coachable, curious, and comfortable in complex ERP/CRM environments
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

The package:

Up to €75K base + €15K variable (depending on seniority)
