Job description

As a strategic leader in our Customer Intelligence team, you will Lead a high-impact analytics group focused on voucher and discount strategies. You will Deliver an evolved, experiment-led ecosystem to optimize growth and Care for our global markets by translating raw data into clear commercial opportunities. Join us in a dynamic environment where you'll use the latest technology to drive customer activation and retention.

  • Lead and mentor a talented team, embedding a "test-and-learn" culture for high-stakes, data-driven decision-making.

  • Build a visionary roadmap to drive Targeted Value strategy across markets using sophisticated experimentation.

  • Construct top-down analytical storylines that provide clear conclusions and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Break silos by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like Product, Marketing, and Sales.

  • Innovate by providing thought leadership on experimentation and new Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

  • Translate customer data into cost-effective growth initiatives to maximize order frequency and mitigate churn.

  • Evolve our sophisticated experimentation ecosystem to optimize incremental order growth globally.

  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth through deep analytical insights.

  • Proven expertise in promotional mechanics, incentives, and their impact on Unit Economics.

Requirements

  • Experimentation powerhouse with advanced knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and incrementality modeling.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL and Python, with a commitment to continuous learning in AI.
  • Excellent communicator able to turn complex findings into actionable narratives for C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving results through teamwork.
  • Sharp business acumen with the ability to manage large budgets and provide clear Return on Investment (ROI) projections.
