Job description
The Help Desk Manager will work directly with the operations managers to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the testing department are operating effectively, and that active client files are available to the sales group., * Use the company resources to maintain our bespoke computer system that will process our work from the initial sale right through to logging of the job, sending out the engineer, raising quotes and seeing the job through to invoice.
- Take the lead on organising the resources necessary to maintain a high-quality database
- Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts
- Weekly reporting to the Operations management Team
- Management of all the help desk schedulers and coordinators
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team development and leadership skills
- Strong regional geographic Knowledge
