Job description

To deliver administrative support for enquiries, surveys, quotations, sales orders, purchasing, stock control, sales invoicing and engineering site based activities to ensure external SLA's & internal KPI's are achieved.

Requirements

Mgmt Systems (experience with these is desirable)

Financial mgmt system;

SAP

Operational mgmt system;

JobWatch by BigChange

Skills

Computer literate and competent with MS package

Excellent communication skills, written & verbal

Ability to work collaboratively

Ability to prioritise activities and multiple tasks effectively

Commercial awareness, assisting to ensure the RBC is operating to best profit

Experience

Previous experience within the industrial door industry, or Previous experience within a field-based engineer service delivery business

Install, maintain & repair of roller shutters, auto doors, hi-speed doors, gates & barriers and dock levellers

Benefits & conditions

Full time 8-5 permanent position

Salary £22K - £25K depending on experience

Plus performance bonus up to an additional £3.5K per annum
