Key Responsibilities- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues- Provide first-line technical support to employees (on-site and remote)- Support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls)- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and procedures- Assist with cybersecurity measures, including endpoint protection and access control- Escalate complex issues to senior
