Senior Systems Administrator

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of system administrators
• Manage hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure and private environments
• Ensure uptime, resilience, and SLA compliance
• Oversee Citrix environments including NetScaler, Virtual Apps, and RDS/AVD
• Implement monitoring, automation, and performance optimisation

• Proven experience in a senior or team lead system administration role
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS
• Experience with Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Citrix technologies (NetScaler, Virtual Apps, RDS, AVD)
• SCCM experience for configuration and deployment
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix, PRTG), * How many years experience do you have working in the Local Council or Local Government sector?
