Job description
We're supporting a growing organisation within the financial and Accounting services space as they invest in their data capability. With ambitious plans to scale, they're looking for someone who can take ownership of data, challenge existing ways of working, and help build a more modern, insight-driven business.
This is a people-first environment that values fresh thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement., This is not a 'keep the lights on' analytics role. You'll be stepping into a position with real ownership, where you'll define how data is used across the business.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities, building out reporting, insight, and data processes that genuinely improve decision-making. There's an existing foundation in place, but this role is about evolving it, bringing new ideas, improving systems, and creating a more joined-up view of performance.
You'll connect data across CRM, financial systems, and wider business platforms to create a true reflection of how the business is operating. Alongside this, you'll build and optimise Power BI dashboards, automate reporting processes, and introduce best practices in data governance and structure.
This role would suit someone who enjoys ownership, is comfortable challenging the status quo, and wants to play a key role in shaping a growing data function.
