Job description
- Own and develop the D2C ecommerce strategy, driving revenue growth and performance
- Lead the launch and optimisation of a Shopify-based ecommerce platform
- Manage the full online trading calendar, campaigns, promotions and product launches
- Take ownership of D2C P&L, forecasting and performance metrics
- Drive customer acquisition across paid, organic and partner channels
- Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy (email, automation, segmentation)
- Optimise conversion through CRO, UX improvements and A/B testing
- Define product merchandising, pricing and online experience strategy
- Oversee fulfilment, delivery and returns performance in collaboration with operations
- Manage the wider digital ecosystem (CRM, ERP, PIM, payments, integrations)
- Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce and digital team
- Manage external agencies and technology partners
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Head of Ecommerce / D2C / Digital leadership role
- Strong experience with Shopify (similar ecommerce platforms may be considered)
- Deep knowledge of trading, CRM, CRO, acquisition and digital marketing
- Commercially driven with strong understanding of P&L and revenue growth
- Experience scaling ecommerce or digital revenue within a consumer-focused business
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
