Job description

We're looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead technical service and implementation across the UK. You'll own customer relationships from post-sale onboarding through long-term retention and growth-ensuring our clients get maximum value from the Redcat platform.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive operational excellence, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Service and our Australian counterparts to deliver on Redcat's ambitious UK growth plans

The key accountabilities for the role:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementations, hitting key milestones and KPIs
  • Forecast project pipelines and resource needs
  • Drive operational efficiency through data and best practices
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers across internal and external customers
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews that surface optimisation opportunities
  • Identify and close upsell and expansion revenue
  • Manage renewals and ensure contractual compliance
  • Use account data to spot trends and inform strategy
  • Partner with UK and Australian teams to align on strategic goals
  • Support Sales with presentations and customer conversations as needed
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management within a SaaS or technology business
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Background in a global organisation, comfortable navigating cross-regional processes
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proven relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by customer success
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
  • Agile, can-do attitude-willing to roll up your sleeves and support the wider UK team
