Job description

  • Mentor teams, supporting their growth and strengthening Agile maturity across the organisation.
  • Ensure initiatives are well defined, estimated and planned. Meeting the definition of ready with clear sprint goals.
  • Drive predictable, on-time delivery by managing capacity, dependencies, risks, requirement changes and launch timelines.
  • Facilitate key scaled ceremonies to align teams and maintain strong cross-team collaboration.
  • Maintain healthy team backlogs, ensuring sprint goals are broken into actionable stories, tasks and test cases.
  • Champion focus and flow by ensuring teams work on right priorities and avoid unnecessary context switching.
  • Collaborate closely with product, Engineering and UX to ensure timely, high quality, predictable delivery.
  • Lead rollout activities, stakeholder communication, hypercare triage and end of initiative retrospectives.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous improvement across distributed teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master with strong experience in scaled Agile frameworks to drive high-quality delivery across our SaaS products. You'll empower cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement so we can deliver meaningful, reliable solutions for teachers and pupils. You'll play a central role in helping teams stay aligned, focused and consistently delivering value., * 4+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environment.

  • Delivering digital products in EdTech or related industries.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple teams or complex initiatives.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean principles.
  • Running/facilitating Scaled ceremonies.
  • Understanding of software development processes, DevOps, or cloud technologies is a plus.

Skills

  • Skilled in planning, tracking, managing and reporting on key delivery metrics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Adept at stakeholder management skills to align priorities and remove blockers.
  • Proactively identifying delivery risks, managing dependencies, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Capable of adapting Agile processes where necessary and promoting a culture of innovation.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, balancing short-term execution with long-term process improvements., * Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SSM or equivalent).
  • General leadership & Project Management certification (SAFe, PMP, Green/ Black belt - Lean Six Sigma, LeSS Practitioner or equivalent) - ideal but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Project Management - ideal but not mandatory.
