Job description
- Working closely with the IT director
- Taking on projects to improve the sites networking (cisco)
- Managing EPOS systems
- Manage IT contractors
- Manage IT systems safeguarding, including PCI compliance
Requirements
- Able to manage cybersecurity project management
- Hands on skills required with Networking Cisco / Meraki, SAN, QNAPs, MS AD, o365, VMware. Ideally certified in MS AD mgt (MCSE/A) & Cisco Network mgt (CCNA)
- Managing the site's cloud, network and disaster recovery services
- Zendesk service desk management, * Experience within hospitality or retail IT management
- Strong cybersecurity skills
- Strong networking skills
