Data Management Director

We are searching for a Data Management Director-a strategic leader who understands that behind every data point is a patient, and behind every database is a breakthrough.

The Strategic Mandate

• Governance & Vision: Design and implement a robust data management strategy that aligns with international clinical standards (GCDMP, CDISC) and ethical guidelines.
• Global Synchronization: Oversee the data pipeline between our research sites in Congo and our headquarters in Geneva, ensuring seamless, high-integrity data flow.
• System Innovation: Lead the selection and optimization of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and cloud-based analytical platforms.
• Quality & Compliance: Serve as the final authority on data quality, ensuring all clinical trial data is "audit-ready" for international regulatory bodies.

• The Experience: 10+ years in Clinical Data Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within Pharma, Biotech, or Global Health NGOs.
• The Education: Master's or PhD in Health Informatics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
• The Language: Proficiency in French and English is non-negotiable. Your role involves bridging communication between our Geneva office and our Congolese partners.
• The Technical Edge: Expert-level knowledge of SAS, R, or Python, and deep familiarity with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, GDPR).
• The Mission: A genuine passion for global health and a desire to contribute to scientific capacity building in Africa.

Job Types: 100%, Permanent

Pay: CHF184'000.00 per year
