Project Manager (SAP CO/FICO

This person will be reporting to Head of IT Applications Backoffice. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a growing organization that is driving a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. What You'll Do:

• Lead the full project lifecycle of major SAP CO transformation initiatives - from planning and design through execution, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and external providers, ensuring alignment of business goals, seamless communication, and strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and measurable success criteria.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, driving accountability across timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management.
• Direct the projects for the implementation of technological solutions associated with the area of responsibility and collaborate in other projects of the unit, management or group
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to diverse project teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a culture of delivery excellence.Supervise and manage both internal and external teams, approximately 20 members (2 direct reports), to ensure project responsibilities are met efficiently and effectively.
• Track and monitor project progress, delivering clear, actionable status reports for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Champion process improvements and best practices in SAP program delivery, ensuring sustainable long-term value for the client.

• 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects, preferably in a consulting environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP CO or S4HANA implementations, upgrades, or enhancements across various modules and business functions
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate complex client environments and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Education -Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management or Engineering
• Additional studies will be valued especially in the fields of MBA, Project management, PMP, ITIL
• Language proficiency is a must - Spanish: Advanced; English: Advanced
