IT Domain Lead Supply Chain H/F

The IT Domain Lead - Global Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in aligning technology solutions with business needs and its transformation journey to optimize Supply Chain operations. This position is responsible for defining and executing the IT roadmap for the Supply Chain domain, ensuring the successful delivery of IT services and projects., * Act as the primary IT partner for the Supply Chain function, ensuring effective collaboration between IT and Business.

• Define and manage the IT Supply Chain roadmap, aligning strategies and technologies with Ipsen's objectives.
• Oversee IT projects related to Supply Chain, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Identify and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance process efficiency and agility.
• Ensure project performance tracking, risk management, and budget control.
• Manage relationships with vendors and external partners.
• Contribute to the digital transformation of Supply Chain by leveraging new technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

• At least 10 years of experience in IT and/or Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Processes (Logistics, S&OP, Packaging…)
• Proven experience in team management within an international and matrix environment.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain tools would be a plus (SAP, Rapid Responsa…)
• Fluent in English (French would be a plus)
