Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a SAP Payroll & Project Specialist (f/m) to join ourReward Operations based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing payroll and administrative management solutions for all Airbus entities in France. As part of thePayroll & Time Expertise team, you will be involved in defining and delivering payroll management solutions and associated processes, in collaboration with the Social Relations team and the SAP Excellence Centre aiming at ensuring the operational excellence and legal compliance of the Payroll Control Center tool., * Optimize user experience by ensuring the effective implementation of the payroll control process (Payroll Control Center).
- Define and implement SAP technical solutions in accordance with national legal changes and simplification requirements.
- Support the deployment of new HR solutions for payroll, time management, and administrative management across the group.
- Ensure technical and functional monitoring of the payroll control tool and its processes to guarantee optimal usage.
- Provide operational diagnostics on payroll topics to support high-quality managerial decision-making.
Requirements
- Background in HR Management or Project Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with proficiency in the SAP HR Payroll module and Payroll Control Center (PCC).
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, enabling rapid integration and effective teamwork.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace collaborative tools.
- Professional fluency in French and English, with excellent analytical and communication skills., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
