As a Cloud Technical Engineer, you'll be a key player in helping customers navigate and thrive in the T-Systems Public Cloud environment. Your mission? To smooth out any technical bumps during the tenant landing phase and keep things running great afterwards. You'll be the go-to person for accelerating adoption by architecting and building practical solutions, setting up seamless integrations, and showcasing the platform's awesome capabilities in real customer scenarios.
This role really calls for a solid grasp of cloud technologies, coupled with a deep dive into the TCP/IP stack. Networking is super important to our platform, and honestly, it's as intricate as what you'd find with major cloud providers like AWS., * You'll translate what customers need into solutions that can scale beautifully within the T-Systems Public Cloud.
- Get ready to design and build engaging hands-on demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept (POCs).
- You'll be guiding customers step-by-step through tenant onboarding and landing zone setup.
- Proactively spot and tackle any technical, architectural, or organizational risks before they become major issues.
- Lend your expertise to support integrations between cloud environments and existing customer infrastructures, whether they're on-premise or hybrid.
- Team up closely with sales and solution teams while always keeping a sharp technical focus.
- Help customers embrace the cloud faster by clearing away any implementation roadblocks.
- Be involved across the entire journey: from discovery and design to implementation and ongoing optimization., Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.

Requirements
As a Cloud Technical Engineer, you'll be a key player in helping customers navigate and thrive in the T-Systems Public Cloud environment., * A solid grasp of cloud architecture and the entire cloud ecosystem (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security).
- Experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- A deep understanding of the TCP/IP stack - this is super important!
- Strong networking skills, including routing, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and connectivity patterns.
- You've got hands-on experience with APIs, automation, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or scripting.
- Experience building demos, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and quick prototypes.
- You're comfortable integrating cloud platforms into existing enterprise IT setups.
- A good handle on security, compliance, and governance best practices., * You're energetic, practical, and really driven to get things done.
- You take ownership and can totally rock it working independently.

- You can move quickly and deliver working solutions in just a few days.
