Software Support Engineer

If the answer is yes, I'm looking for an Application/Software Support Engineer to provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with the development team on fixes, improvements, and new releases.

What you'll do In this role, you'll support clients by resolving application issues, managing tickets in line with SLAs, and communicating clearly throughout. You'll also get involved in testing, deployments, and supporting ongoing development work as part of an agile, supportive team.

• You have some software or coding experience , even from personal projects or studying!
• You enjoy problem-solving and learning new technology
• You're confident communicating with both technical and non-technical people
• You're organised, detail-focused, and keen to grow your career in tech
