E-Commerce Executive

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our e-commerce operation. You'll work closely with the wider team to ensure our products are presented accurately, consistently, and at a high standard across our website and marketplaces.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and maintaining our Shopify website and key marketplaces (Amazon Seller & Vendor, eBay, Wayfair, B&Q, Matalan)
• Uploading and maintaining product listings, ensuring all information is accurate, consistent, and aligned across channels
• Implementing product content (including descriptions, imagery, and metadata) provided by internal teams
• Creating and updating enhanced product content (A+ / enriched PDPs) across platforms
• Using the Shopify theme editor to make content and merchandising updates across the site
• Supporting on-site merchandising, including homepage updates and category organisation
• Working closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure content is uploaded and scheduled in line with campaigns and launches
• Ensuring all product and website content is kept up to date across all channels
• Supporting the launch of new products and expansion into new marketplaces

• 2+ years' experience in an e-commerce or digital merchandising role
• Experience working with Shopify
• Hands-on experience managing listings on Amazon and eBay
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working across multiple platforms and systems
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
• A proactive approach and willingness to get involved

Nice to Have

• Experience with Wayfair or B&Q and Matalan (Mirakl) marketplaces
• Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content
