Hartwig Care is seeking a committed Digital Champion to join our Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving digital literacy across the organisation, supporting system efficiency, and ensuring high standards of data quality.
This is an excellent chance to join a progressive, supportive, and quality-driven organisation, and to play an active role in shaping digital practices within Hartwig Care Ltd., * Support the integration of new branches or contracts into existing systems under supervision from Head Office
- Assist with the implementation of new IT products, system updates, and digital tools
- Help staff maximise the functionality of IT systems, including Access People Planner, Access Care Planning, Access Care Compliance, Access Recruit, Access Screening, and others
- Deliver tailored training sessions for new and existing staff
- Provide one-to-one and group support to ensure staff feel confident using digital tools
- Conduct data health checks to maintain accuracy and compliance with group standards
- Audit key datasets, including finance records, staff files, and service user records
- Validate Power BI dashboards with development teams to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with staff to optimise the use of applications and digital processes
- Create, manage, and resolve cases within Access systems, liaising with support teams as needed
- Ensure GDPR compliance across all system permissions and user access
- Confirm that users only access data required for their roles
- Attend regular meetings with Head Office, Systems Support Specialists, and the development team
- Adjust system configurations in collaboration with Head Office when operational needs change

Requirements
Do you have experience in Power BI?, * Strong IT proficiency and confidence using multiple software applications
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and passionate about supporting digital adoption
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to train and support colleagues with patience and clarity
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and reports
- Previous experience supporting digital systems or IT training (desirable)
- Experience with Access systems (People Planner, Care Planning, Care Compliance, Recruit, Screening) is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams across the organisation
- Trustworthy, organised, and able to manage responsibilities independently
