Job description
Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and development teams on quality assurance topics
Translates quality requirements into clear testing strategies, plans, and actionable testing activities
Defines test strategies, test plans, and quality gates aligned with project risks and priorities
Contributes to the implementation of QA governance and scalable testing practices
Analyzes and validates application quality through functional, integration, performance, security, and regression testing
Writes clear functional documentation (test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and QA reports)
Ensures quality through testing execution, UAT support, defect tracking, and root cause analysis
Supports test automation, CI/CD integration, and continuous improvement of QA best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience in quality assurance, software testing, or IT development environments
Strong knowledge of testing tools (bug tracking, test management, automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber)
Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA governance, and Agile/Scrum practices
Expertise in test design, execution, and defect management processes
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a strong advantage
Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (Java, Python, or similar)
Professional proficiency in English & French
