Job description
As a Marketing Product Owner, you will be a key player in our global brand and marketing communications team.You lead end to end marketing communications for globally orchestrated campaigns, shaping the strategy, story, and creative that scale across markets - balancing global consistency with local relevance - to generate customer demand, support the growth of our customer platform and drive customer engagement. You will strive for continuous performance improvement, compress time to market, and transform campaign learnings into a repeatable playbook for future success.

What You'll do
- Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital marketing products and platforms (e.g. websites, campaign tools, marketing automation, lead generation journeys).
- Identify customer, market, and stakeholder needs through data, research, and close collaboration with marketing, sales, and analytics teams.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, UX/UI, content, data, engineering, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure continuous optimization of digital marketing solutions using performance data, insights, and feedback from markets and users.
- Act as a key decision-maker, balancing short-term campaign needs with long-term platform scalability and consistency.
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to align product delivery with campaign and brand strategies.
Requirements
Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in digital marketing, e-commerce, or customer-facing digital products.
Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including omni-channel campaigns, customer journeys, and data-driven marketing.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills. Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to guide product decisions.
