ML Engineer

• Design and build the future of our Travel engine while defining and driving the team's ML roadmap in close collaboration with Product Analytics, Product Managers, and ML peers across domains (bidding, recommendation) to ensure alignment and impact.
• Analyze large-scale datasets, identify modeling challenges, propose solutions, build prototypes, and iterate quickly.
• Turn successful prototypes into robust, production-ready pipelines and services in a highly scalable environment.
• Stay up to date with academic and industry advances in machine learning and apply them to our product use cases.
• Work within a cross-functional, multi-skilled team (backend, full-stack, data) to build the next chapter of Travel at Criteo.

• You hold a Master's or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• You have development experience in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, C#).
• You are a hands-on ML practitioner, comfortable writing production-grade code and turning ideas into scalable, reliable systems.
