Job description

Nigel Frank International are currently partnered with an established D365 CE end user who are looking to add a talented Junior Developer to their forward-thinking technical team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to deepen their technical skills, work on meaningful projects, and help shape business focused solutions. Responsibilities

Deliver customisations and configurations within Dynamics 365 CRM
Build and enhance Model-Driven and Canvas Apps within the Power Platform
Create and optimise workflows using Power Automate, reducing manual processes across the business
Develop and maintain Plugins using C#
Implement JavaScript customisations to extend CRM functionality
Translate technical requirements into clear, practical, business-aligned solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to support ongoing CRM improvements and enhancements

Requirements

1-2 years' hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
Strong understanding of CRM customisations, configurations, and solution management
Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps - Model-Driven & Canvas, Power Automate)
Experience using Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes
Practical experience with JavaScript and C# for plugin development
Ability to interpret technical requirements and deliver effective, user-focused solutions
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
