About the company
The unit of Molecular Pathology at the Department of Pathology and Molecular Pathology at the University Hospital Zurich, is a leading unit for developments in precision medicine including tumor genomics and multi-omics data integration. The diagnostic analyses include numerous modern omics-methods and cutting edge technologies: Whole genome sequencing, bulk RNA sequencing, methylation array, digital pathology, panel sequencing. Our scientists analyze the raw data of these assays to create diagnostic reports, develop new methods and support research projects., We offer an interdisciplinary position connecting interpretation and reporting of molecular diagnostic big data with clinical science at the Department of Pathology and Molecular Pathology, University Hospital Zurich within a strong collaborative framework including experts at other leading Swiss Institutions. In Zurich, you will be immersed in a dynamic, open and motivating scientific and academic environment. We are supported by intra- and extramural funding and are involved in several high-visibility national and international collaborations.
