Job description
You'll join our 24x7 NOC team in being the first point of contact when our customers have a problem. You'll use your training and technical knowledge to understand the customers issue and work out how to resolve it You'll deal with customers servers, networking issues, escalations You'll be on a 5 on 5 off shift pattern including 5 night, 5 early and 5 late shifts working an average of 30 hours a week. You'll get exposure to a wide range of hardware, infrastructure and software systems
Requirements
Someone who is reliable Has good fault finding skills Confident professional phone manner Good attention to detail Able to work independently Self motivated Clear communicator both verbally and in written form. Has their own transport (we're open Christmas day) Full training will be given, no prior experience is required
