Quality & Test Coordinator - Agile Release Train 100% - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start until 31.12.2026 with possible extension)

The Quality & Test Coordinator is expected to bring the end-to-end test and quality management across the Agile Release Train (ART) to the next level, driving alignment between development, testing, and operations in a hybrid delivery environment (Agile and Classic). This role is central to maintaining high software quality and production stability within the Software Quality & Operational Resilience initiative. Operating at ART level, the role analyses the current quality control and test management standards, identifies areas of improvement, and coordinates improvement measures in key areas such as Testing, Release Quality, Monitoring and Incident Response. A highly collaborative, hands-on team player who builds strong partnerships across geographies and functions, especially with the Domain Test Manager in Singapore, Release Train Engineer (RTE), and Journey Lead in Zurich as well as the Product Owners and Scrum Masters is essential., * Champion quality across the software lifecycle, focusing on monitoring & observability, incident response, and robust release and deployment practices

• Enhance testing effectiveness through increased automation and improved test coverage
• Strengthen development quality by ensuring traceability of requirements, consistent environments, reliable configurations, and high code standards integrated into CI/CD pipelines
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor test activities: scope definition, test case readiness, execution, and defect management across integrated teams
• Track quality KPIs (test progress, defect leakage, escape rate) and ensure transparent reporting via Jira and Confluence
• Support retrospectives and continuous improvement, feeding learnings into future PI planning
• Ensure compliance with change and deployment controls, particularly in banking-regulated contexts
• Works daily with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and testers across Agile teams
• Close partnership with the Domain Test Manager (Singapore) for offshore coordination, capacity planning, and test execution oversight
• Interfaces directly with RTE and Journey Lead (Zurich) to align on programme milestones, quality gates, and risk escalations
• Represents test & quality in ART-level forums (e.g., PI Planning, System Demo, Scrum-of-Scrums)

• Proven experience in test & quality management within large-scale IT projects (financial sector preferred)
• Solid understanding of Agile (SAFe), hybrid delivery models, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and test management tools (e.g., Zephyr/Xray)
• Consistently delivered tested features on time, meeting agreed-upon quality standards
• Successfully reduced the number of production defects and accelerated incident resolution times
• Fostered stronger cross-site collaboration, promoting shared responsibility and ownership for quality
• Established high levels of transparency, strengthening stakeholder confidence in release readiness
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Solution-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in an international, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus
