IT Operations Engineer

• Ensure the proper functioning of all internal IT systems, including security systems, and respond to the alerts generated by the monitoring systems.
• Work closely with key partners and teams to handle urgent escalations
• Seek out opportunities to continually improve service under Cyber and Technology
• Develop solutions to problems by clearly describing problem and requirements.

• You must be driven, focused and curious.

• Scripting and packaging experience
• 2 years experience of working in IT
