3rd Line MSP Engineer

• Provide 3rd line technical support for escalated incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage, maintain, and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and related environments.
• Support firewall, VPN, and network security solutions (e.g. Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco).
• Implement new technologies, upgrades, and migrations for client systems.
• Work closely with 1st and 2nd line teams to ensure smooth escalation and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in project delivery, system documentation, and continual service improvement.

We're looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our growing team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries., * Proven experience in a 3rd Line or Senior Infrastructure Engineer role within an MSP.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (VLANs, VPNs, routing, firewalls).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.

Desirable

• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware, or similar).
• Exposure to backup, DR, and monitoring tools (Veeam, Datto, SolarWinds, etc.).
• Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell preferred).
