Job description

You'll be involved in troubleshooting complex application problems, coordinating with developers to implement fixes, and assisting with testing and improvements. This role offers exposure to APIs, integration points, and modern application environments, providing an excellent opportunity to expand your technical knowledge while making a real impact.

Requirements

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement in a collaborative tech team., * Proven experience in application or software support

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Clear communication skills for explaining technical issues to clients and colleagues
  • Keen attention to detail, especially in testing and issue resolution
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Self-driven with a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment

Nice to Have (Not Essential):

  • Familiarity with Agile or DevOps processes
  • Experience with APIs and system integrations
  • Knowledge of Postman, XMLSpy, or similar testing platforms
  • Exposure to C#, SQL, XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, IIS, or SQL Server
  • Experience using Visual Studio, Git, or Azure DevOps
