IT Manager

We're partnered with a well-established manufacturing business in Manchester that's looking for an experienced IT Manager to take full ownership of their IT operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine technical expertise with people management, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations while driving strategic improvements across the business.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to lead a small IT team, manage ERP systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, and have a real impact on multi-site operations. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where your technical decisions and leadership directly contribute to business success.

• Proven ERP experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV, including hands-on configuration and support
• Strong infrastructure background across servers, networks, storage, and cybersecurity
• Demonstrable experience managing IT staff and leading day-to-day IT operations
• Experience in manufacturing or similar environments
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

• £50,000 - £55,000 Salary
